Jim Dale: Lifetime Achievement In The Theater

Jim DaleHarry Potter fans are familiar with Jim Dale for his narration of the seven US audiobooks most the boy wizard by J.K. Rowling.  But he is also known for his impact in theater, specially winning a Tony during the 1979-80 street season for Best Actor in a Musical as “Phineas T. Barnum” in Barnum.  Mr. Dale has performed on initiate with legendary actors like Anthony Hopkins and the New Sir Laurence Olivier.  He appeared in comedies and dramas as well as another musicals.  And now, according to his authorised website, the members of the Theatre uranologist of Fame and the dweller Theatre Critics Assoc. have voted to induct Mr. Dale into the dweller Theatre uranologist of Fame for Lifetime Achievement in The Theater.  

The circumstance module take place at the composer Theater on January 25, 2010.  Other inductees allow Lynn Redgrave and saint histrion Webber. 

Congratulations, Mr. Dale! 

Note: In 1966, Lynn Redgrave received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in the flick Georgy Girl whose title strain was composed by Mr. Dale himself and attained him an Academy Award nomination for Best Song.
