Harry Potter fans are old with Jim Dale for his account of the seven US audiobook editions about the pupil wizard by J.K. Rowling. But he is also famous for his work in theater, particularly success a Tony during the 1979-80 Broadway flavour for Best Actor in a Musical as “Phineas T. Barnum” in Barnum. Mr. Dale has performed on initiate with legendary actors like suffragist histrion and the New Sir Laurence Olivier. He appeared in comedies and dramas as well as another musicals.Â
And now, according to his official website, the members of the Theatre uranologist of Fame and the American Theatre Critics Assoc. have voted to include Mr. Dale into the American Theatre uranologist of Fame for Lifetime Achievement in The Theater. Â
The event will verify locate at the Gershwin Theater on Jan 25, 2010. Other inductees include Lynn Redgrave and saint Lloyd Webber.Â

Note: In 1966, Lynn Redgrave received an Academy Award nomination for Best Actress in the film Georgy Girl whose denomination strain was written by Mr. Dale himself and attained him an Academy Award oratory for Best Song.  Â
