The Times created a itemize of 50 kids’ movies that can be enjoyed by adults as substantially as  children.  According to the article, the choices caused quite a debate among The Times body before the Harry Potter films were settled in the #23 spot:

23 Harry Potter (2001-present) JK Rowling’s books were famously devoured by both kids and adults, and the film continuing the trend, especially after installments, when the Children of Men director Alfonso Cuaron and State of Play ’s king Yates injected teenaged angst and semipolitical intrigue.

The Incredibles produced by Pixar was #1.
