The Times created a list of 50 kids’ movies that can be enjoyed by adults as substantially as  children.  According to the article, the choices caused quite a speaking among The Times staff before the Harry Potter films were settled in the #23 spot:

23 Harry Potter (2001-present) JK Rowling’s books were famously eaten by both kids and adults, and the flick continuing the trend, especially after installments, when the Children of Men administrator Alfonso Cuaron and State of Play ’s David Yates injected teenaged angst and political intrigue.

The Incredibles produced by Pixar was #1.
