The Times created a itemize of 50 kids’ movies that can be enjoyed by adults as well as  children. According to the article, the choices caused quite a debate among The Times body before the Harry Potter films were settled in the #23 spot:
23 Harry Potter (2001-present) JK Rowling’s books were famously eaten by both kids and adults, and the flick continued the trend, especially later installments, when the Children of Men administrator Alfonso Cuaron and State of Play ’s David Yates injected teenaged angst and semipolitical intrigue.
The Incredibles produced by Pixar was #1.
